    SEE ALSO...

ZNF24 Antibody (H-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF24 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-ZNF24 antibody (H-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZNF24, also known as zinc finger protein 24, ZNF191, KOX17, or ZSCAN3, is a 368 amino acid nuclear protein that plays a crucial role in transcriptional regulation. ZNF24 belongs to the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and is characterized by four C2H2-type zinc fingers and one SCAN box domain. ZNF24 is predominantly expressed in various tissues, excluding the heart, and functions primarily as a transcriptional repressor, influencing the expression of key proteins such as vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), which is vital for angiogenesis and embryonic development. ZNF24′s ability to interact with KAP1 and recruit histone-modifying proteins underscores its importance in regulating gene expression and maintaining cellular homeostasis. ZNF24 can undergo phosphorylation by ATM or ATR in response to DNA damage, highlighting its potential role in cellular stress responses and the maintenance of genomic integrity.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-393359 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: Germaine
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
