ZFAND2A Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects ZFAND2A of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ZFAND2A antibody (D-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZFAND2A, also known as AN1-type zinc finger protein 2A, plays a crucial role in cellular processes by functioning as a transcriptional regulator. ZFAND2A contains two AN1-type zinc fingers, which are characterized by a specific arrangement of six conserved cysteines and two histidines, allowing zinc ion binding and adoption of a stable alpha/beta fold structure. This structural feature enables DNA and protein interactions, facilitating recruitment of histone-modifying enzymes that can alter chromatin structure and gene expression.
