ZC3HDC3 Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZC3HDC3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-ZC3HDC3 antibody (B-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The zinc finger CCCH domain-containing protein 3 (ZC3HDC3) is a 948 amino acid protein characterized by five C3H1-type zinc finger domains, which are crucial for RNA binding and regulation. ZC3HDC3 is primarily located in the nucleus, where ZC3HDC3 plays a significant role in regulating nuclear adenylation and RNA export, processes vital for gene expression and cellular function. Proper functioning of ZC3HDC3 is essential, as dysregulation can lead to various diseases, including certain leukemias and lymphomas, often associated with chromosomal abnormalities involving chromosome 8, where the ZC3HDC3 gene is located. Alternative splicing events result in two isoforms of ZC3H13, further highlighting ZC3HDC3′s complexity and importance in cellular processes.
