ZAC1 Antibody (F-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZAC1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZAC1 (F-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZAC1, also known as PLAGL1, plays a crucial role in regulating apoptosis and cell cycle arrest through distinct pathways, making ZAC1 significant in tumor biology and development. ZAC1 acts as a transcriptional cofactor for nuclear receptors, with ZAC1 function being influenced by functional p53, which is vital for maintaining cellular integrity and preventing tumorigenesis.
