XLF Antibody (D-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects XLF protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-XLF antibody (D-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. XLF protein, also known as XRCC4-like factor or non-homologous end-joining factor 1 (NHEJ1), is a crucial 295 amino acid protein that plays a significant role in the non-homologous end-joining (NHEJ) pathway, which is one of the primary mechanisms for repairing DNA double-strand breaks.
