XIAP Antibody (E-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects XIAP (X-chromosome linked inhibitor of apoptosis) in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-XIAP antibody (E-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. XIAP (E-2) monoclonal antibody recognizes a protein that plays a crucial role in regulating apoptosis, particularly by inhibiting activated caspase-3, which is essential for the execution phase of cell death. XIAP (E-2) antibody targets a protein essential for cellular homeostasis and survival, especially in cancer contexts where apoptosis evasion allows tumor cells to persist and proliferate.
