Wnt-3a Antibody (3A6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Wnt-3a protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Wnt-3a antibody (3A6) is available as a non-conjugated format. Wnt-3a protein plays a crucial role in intercellular signaling, particularly in regulating cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis, which is vital for proper development and tissue homeostasis.
