SEE ALSO...

Wnt-2b Antibody (C-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Wnt-2b protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Wnt-2b antibody (C-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Wnt-2b, also known as WNT13 or XWNT2, is a 391 amino acid secreted protein that plays a crucial role in cell signaling and development. Wnt-2b belongs to the Wnt family of proto-oncogenes, which are essential for various biological processes, including cell fate determination and embryogenesis. Wnt-2b functions as a ligand for transmembrane receptor proteins, initiating signaling pathways that influence tissue differentiation and development. Wnt-2b expression appears in various cancer cell lines, indicating potential involvement in tumorigenesis and making Wnt-2b a significant target for cancer research. Wnt-2b presence in both adult and fetal tissues, through two isoforms, highlights Wnt-2b importance in developmental biology and cancer progression studies.
