Wnt-10b Antibody (H-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects Wnt-10b of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Wnt-10b antibody (H-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Wnt-10b plays a crucial role in regulating cellular growth and differentiation, functioning as a secreted glycoprotein that interacts with cell surface receptors to activate signaling pathways essential for embryonic development and tissue homeostasis. Specifically, Wnt-10b influences the differentiation of various cell types, including those in the mammary gland, and has been implicated in the development of certain cancers, such as mammary carcinomas induced by mouse mammary tumor virus.
