Datasheets
  • WDR13 Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 κ provided at 200 µg/ml
  • specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 88-114 of WDR13 of human origin
  • recommended for detection of WDR13 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA
  • Anti-WDR13 Antibody (B-12) is available conjugated to agarose for IP; HRP for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; and to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC(P) and FCM
  • also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546, Alexa Fluor® 594 or Alexa Fluor® 647 for WB (RGB), IF, IHC(P) and FCM, and for use with RGB fluorescent imaging systems, such as iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
  • also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 680 or Alexa Fluor® 790 for WB (NIR), IF and FCM; for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR®Odyssey®, iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
  • m-IgG Fc BP-HRP and m-IgG1 BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for WDR13 Antibody (B-12) for WB applications. These reagents are now offered in bundles with WDR13 Antibody (B-12) (see ordering information below).

    SEE ALSO...

WDR13 Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects WDR13 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-WDR13 antibody (B-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. WD repeat containing protein 13 (WDR13) is a 485 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cellular regulation, particularly in the nucleus where WDR13 is predominantly localized. The presence of WD-repeats, which are characterized by a conserved core of 40-60 amino acids forming a tertiary propeller structure, suggests that WDR13 is involved in a variety of essential cellular functions, including chromatin assembly, cell cycle control, and signal transduction. The gene encoding WDR13, located on chromosome Xp11.23, consists of 9 exons and 8 introns, and produces two isoforms through alternative splicing. The regulatory functions of WDR13 are vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to various signaling pathways, making WDR13 an important target for research in developmental biology and disease mechanisms.
