WAVE1 Antibody (E-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects WAVE1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). WAVE1 (E-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. WAVE1, also known as WASP Family Member 1, plays a crucial role in actin polymerization and cytoskeletal organization, which are essential for various cellular processes such as cell motility, shape changes, and signal transduction. Specifically, WAVE1 is involved in the regulation of membrane ruffling and the formation of actin filament clusters in response to GTP binding, working in conjunction with the Arp2/3 complex to promote actin filament formation.
