VPS4 Antibody (E-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects VPS4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-VPS4 antibody (E-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. VPS4 protein plays a crucial role in the endosomal sorting pathway, particularly in the formation of multivesicular bodies, which are essential for the degradation of membrane proteins and the regulation of cellular signaling. VPS4 is part of the class E vacuolar protein sorting machinery, which is vital for proper protein trafficking within cells.
