VPS25 Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects VPS25 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). VPS25 (B-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. VPS25 plays a crucial role in the endosomal sorting process, functioning as a key component of the ESCRT-II complex, which is essential for the trafficking of ubiquitinated proteins to endosomes. VPS25′s ability to facilitate the sorting of biosynthetic and endosomal proteins is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating various cellular processes, including receptor downregulation and membrane repair.
