VEGFR2 Antibody (D-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 lambda light chain antibody designed to detect Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2 (VEGFR2), also known as KDR in humans and Flk-1 in mice. Anti-VEGFR2 antibody (D-8) targets a specific epitope within amino acids 1282-1321 at the C-terminus of human VEGFR2, ensuring reliable binding across multiple species including mouse, rat, human, equine, canine, bovine, and porcine.
