SEE ALSO...

V-ATPase D1 Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects V-ATPase D1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-V-ATPase D1 antibody (D-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. V-ATPase D1, also known as ATP6V0D1, plays a crucial role in acidifying eukaryotic intracellular organelles, which is essential for numerous cellular processes, including protein degradation, nutrient storage, and pH regulation within organelles. ATP6V0D1 is located in lysosome and endosome membranes, where ATP6V0D1 facilitates proton transport across membranes, creating an acidic environment necessary for enzyme activation and proper cellular compartment functioning. V-ATPase complex consists of two main domains: peripheral V1 domain responsible for ATP hydrolysis, and integral V0 domain involved in proton translocation. V0 domain′s D subunit, V-ATPase D1, interacts with other subunits to form a functional enzyme vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and facilitating vacuolar transport.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with V-ATPase D1 (D-4): sc-393322?

Asked by: cjMara
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety
