    V-ATPase C1 Antibody (C-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects V-ATPase C in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). V-ATPase C plays a crucial role as an auxiliary subunit of the vacuolar-type H+-ATPase, which is essential for the acidification of eukaryotic intracellular organelles, thereby influencing numerous cellular processes such as nutrient uptake, protein sorting, and cellular signaling.
