UBE2L3 Antibody (B-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects UBE2L3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). UBE2L3 Antibody (B-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. UBE2L3 protein plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which is essential for regulating protein degradation and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Specifically, UBE2L3 functions as an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme that facilitates the transfer of ubiquitin to target proteins, thereby marking them for degradation.
