UBE2L3 Antibody (B-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects UBE2L3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). UBE2L3 Antibody (B-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. UBE2L3 protein plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which is essential for regulating protein degradation and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Specifically, UBE2L3 functions as an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme that facilitates the transfer of ubiquitin to target proteins, thereby marking them for degradation. This process is vital for controlling various cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, and responses to stress. Notably, UBE2L3 has been implicated in the degradation of key regulatory proteins such as c-fos and is involved in the maturation of NFκB, a critical transcription factor in immune responses. Additionally, UBE2L3 interacts with other proteins, including UBE2E1, which is known to associate with the tumor suppressor protein TSSC5, highlighting UBE2L3′s importance in cellular signaling pathways. The ability of UBE2L3 to mediate the degradation of proteins linked to oncogenesis and viral infections underscores UBE2L3′s significance in both cancer biology and virology, making anti-UBE2L3 antibody (B-11) a valuable tool for researchers studying these critical processes.
