SEE ALSO...

TudorSN Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects TudorSN protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-TudorSN antibody (F-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TudorSN plays a crucial role in regulating transcriptional activity, particularly in Pim-1 regulation of Myb activity, and acts as a transcriptional activator of EBNA-2. TudorSN interacts with several key proteins, including EAV, NSP1, GTF2E1, and GTF2E2, and forms a ternary complex with Stat6 and POLR2A, which is essential for assembly of the Stat6 transcriptome. The staphylococcal nuclease-like domains of TudorSN directly interact with specific amino acids of CREB-binding protein (CBP), highlighting TudorSN′s importance in mediating IL-4-dependent transcription by facilitating interaction between Stat6 and CBP. This intricate network of interactions underscores TudorSN′s significance in various cellular processes, making TudorSN monoclonal antibody (F-5) a valuable tool for researchers studying gene regulation and transcriptional mechanisms.
