SEE ALSO...

TTC39C Antibody (G-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TTC39C in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TTC39C Antibody (G-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TTC39C plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in regulating cellular iron homeostasis and responding to oxidative stress, which is vital for maintaining cellular health and preventing damage from reactive oxygen species. Dysregulation of iron metabolism can lead to various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer, highlighting the importance of studying TTC39C in understanding these conditions. Additionally, chromosome 18, which encodes over 300 genes, is associated with several genetic disorders, including Edwards syndrome, and is implicated in various cancers due to translocations. The TGFβ signaling pathway, which is influenced by proteins encoded on chromosome 18, further underscores TTC39C′s significance in cellular signaling and disease mechanisms.
