    SEE ALSO...

TTC38 Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TTC38 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TTC38 Antibody (F-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TTC38 consists of 469 amino acids and features three tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) motifs, playing a crucial role in mediating protein-protein interactions essential for various cellular pathways. TPR motifs, characterized by a degenerate 34 amino acid sequence, allow for the formation of helix-turn-helix structures that stack together, providing specificity in ligand binding. This structural arrangement is vital for TTC38′s function in cellular processes, including signal transduction and protein folding. TTC38 gene is located on chromosome 22, which houses over 500 genes and is implicated in several genetic disorders, including Phelan-McDermid syndrome and neurofibromatosis type 2. Understanding TTC38′s interactions and functions can provide insights into its role in health and disease, making anti-TTC38 antibody (F-1) an invaluable tool for researchers studying these complex biological systems.
