TTC35 Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TTC35 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TTC35 (F-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TTC35, also known as KIAA0103, is a 297 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of three tetratricopeptide repeats, which are crucial for mediating protein-protein interactions. These repeats are composed of a degenerate 34 amino acid sequence that can form up to 16 tandem TPR motifs, each adopting a helix-turn-helix structure that facilitates specific ligand binding. TTC35 localization to the inner nuclear membrane suggests a role in nuclear processes and potential interactions with other nuclear proteins. Additionally, TTC35 similarity to the Nicotiana tabacum GlcNAc transferase protein indicates a possible function as a putative O-linked glycosyl transferase, which is important for post-translational modifications that can influence protein stability, localization, and interactions.
