TTC25 Antibody (B-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TTC25 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TTC25 (B-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TTC25, also known as tetratricopeptide repeat protein 25, is a 672 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of eight tetratricopeptide repeats, which mediate protein-protein interactions. TTC25 plays a crucial role in cellular processes, including gene expression regulation and protein complex assembly, making TTC25 essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis. The gene encoding TTC25 is located on human chromosome 17q21.2, a region significant due to its association with key tumor suppressor genes such as p53 and BRCA1, both vital for DNA repair mechanisms. TTC25 and its interactions with other proteins can influence cellular responses to stress and contribute to tumorigenesis prevention, highlighting TTC25′s importance in cancer biology and therapeutic research.
