TrkB Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgM kappa light chain antibody engineered to detect TrkB, also known as NTRK2, as well as variants TrkB-T1 and TrkB T-Shc in human samples, and TrkB splice variants L1 and L10 in mouse, along with TrkB gp95 and TrkB gp145 in rat, through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
