    SEE ALSO...

TRIP6 Antibody (G-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects TRIP6 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TRIP6 is a crucial protein that plays a significant role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in inflammation and immune responses. TRIP6 is predominantly localized in the cytoplasm and at focal adhesion sites, where TRIP6 interacts with various signaling molecules, including receptor-interacting protein 2 (RIP2) and tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 2 (TRAF2). TRIP6 localization allows for the integration of signals from extracellular stimuli, facilitating the activation of downstream pathways such as NF-kappaB and ERK. This spatial regulation is essential for proper cellular responses to inflammatory signals, and dysregulation of TRIP6 has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cancer and autoimmune diseases. Anti-TRIP6 antibody (G-5) enables researchers to effectively study TRIP6 dynamics in different cellular contexts, contributing to a deeper understanding of TRIP6′s role in health and disease.

Can TRIP6 (G-5): sc-376550 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

    Asked by: DefinitelyNotMatt
Thank you for your question. Yes, TRIP6 (G-5): sc-376550 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. We recommend performing antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6) and heat. The full protocol can be found here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/immunoperoxidase-staining
