TRF1 Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TRF1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TRF1 (G-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TRF1, also known as Telomeric Repeat Binding Factor 1, plays a crucial role in maintaining telomere integrity by negatively regulating telomere elongation, which is vital for cellular aging and stability. TRF1 interacts with telomerase, the enzyme responsible for adding repetitive nucleotide sequences to the ends of chromosomes, thereby influencing cellular immortalization and senescence.
