TRB-1 Antibody (E-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TRB-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TRB-1 (E-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TRB-1 protein, also known as tribbles homolog 1, C8FW, GIG2, or TRB1, is a 372 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly through interaction with mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) kinases.
