SEE ALSO...

TRAF2 Antibody (H-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects TRAF2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TRAF2 Antibody (H-10) is available in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TRAF2 plays a crucial role in mediating tumor necrosis factor (TNF) signaling, primarily through interaction with TNF receptor 1 (TNF-R1) and, to a lesser extent, TNF receptor 2 (TNF-R2). TRAF2 is located in the cytoplasm, where TRAF2 forms heterodimeric complexes with TRAF1 and associates with the cytoplasmic domains of TNF receptors, facilitating downstream signaling pathways vital for immune responses and inflammation. TRAF2 functioning is essential for the regulation of cell survival, proliferation, and apoptosis, making TRAF2 a significant player in various pathological conditions, including cancer and autoimmune diseases. Understanding TRAF2 dynamics and interactions can provide valuable insights into therapeutic strategies targeting TNF receptor-mediated signaling pathways.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with TRAF2 (H-10): sc-7346?

Asked by: jerojero
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety
