TRAF1 Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the TRAF1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). TRAF1 monoclonal antibody (H-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The TRAF1 protein plays a crucial role in mediating tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor signaling, particularly through TNF receptor 1 (TNF-R1) and TNF receptor 2 (TNF-R2), which are integral to the immune response and inflammation.
