TRADD Antibody (A-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TRADD protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-TRADD antibody (A-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TRADD protein plays a crucial role in mediating apoptosis in response to external signals such as FAS ligand and tumor necrosis factors, which are vital for regulating cell death and maintaining tissue homeostasis.
