TNFα Antibody (E7D2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TNFα is a critical cytokine involved in systemic inflammation and is produced by various immune cells, including lymphocytes, neutrophils, and macrophages. Anti-TNFα antibody (E7D2) plays a vital role in studying immune responses by detecting TNFα′s regulation of other immune cells and promotion of inflammatory processes, which are essential for fighting infections and healing injuries. Dysregulation of TNFα can lead to chronic inflammatory diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease, highlighting TNFα′s importance in both health and disease. TNFα monoclonal antibody (E7D2) provides reliable detection of this key cytokine, facilitating research into TNFα′s functions and interactions in various biological contexts.
