    SEE ALSO...

TMEM86A Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TMEM86A protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TMEM86A antibody (F-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TMEM86A protein, also known as transmembrane protein 86A, consists of 220 amino acids and is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 11, a region known for its high density of gene and disease associations. TMEM86A protein is primarily localized in the endoplasmic reticulum and plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and membrane dynamics, which are essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental stimuli. Understanding TMEM86A function and localization is vital, as disruptions in TMEM86A activity may contribute to various pathophysiological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. TMEM86A monoclonal antibody (F-1) is an invaluable tool for researchers investigating the biological significance of TMEM86A protein in human health and disease.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-390329 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: jerojero
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
