TMCC3 Antibody (D-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TMCC3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TMCC3 (D-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TMCC3, or transmembrane and coiled-coil domains protein 3, is a 477 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein that plays a critical role in cellular processes, particularly in membrane dynamics and protein interactions. Located primarily in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus, TMCC3 is essential for proper trafficking and localization of proteins within the cell, which is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and function. Disruptions in TMCC3 function can lead to various cellular dysfunctions, potentially contributing to developmental disorders and diseases. The gene encoding TMCC3 is situated on human chromosome 12q22, a region associated with several genetic conditions, including skeletal deformities and developmental syndromes. Understanding TMCC3 and its interactions within the cellular environment can provide insights into its significance in health and disease, making anti-TMCC3 antibody (D-6) a valuable tool for researchers studying these pathways.
