TLE6 Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects TLE6 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TLE6 (D-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TLE6 protein, also known as transducin-like enhancer of split 6 or GRG6, is a 449 amino acid cytoplasmic protein that plays a crucial role in the Notch signaling pathway, which regulates cellular interactions and fate specification in both vertebrates and invertebrates. As a member of the subcortical maternal complex (SCMC), TLE6 is vital for the progression of zygotes beyond the initial embryonic cell divisions, highlighting its importance in early development. Structurally, TLE6 contains seven WD repeats, a motif that facilitates protein-protein interactions, suggesting involvement in various cellular processes such as signal transduction, RNA processing, gene regulation, vesicular trafficking, and cytoskeletal assembly. TLE6′s ability to interact with other proteins within these pathways underscores significance in maintaining cellular functions and developmental processes, making anti-TLE6 antibody (D-4) an invaluable tool for researchers studying these critical biological mechanisms.
