    SEE ALSO...

TLE2 Antibody (D-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TLE2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TLE2 (D-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TLE2, also known as Enhancer of split groucho-like protein 2, plays a crucial role in the Notch signaling pathway, which is essential for regulating cellular interactions that determine cell fate during development in both invertebrates and vertebrates. TLE2 functions as a transcriptional repressor, interacting with chromatin and specifically binding to Histone H3, which is vital for modulating gene expression during processes such as neurogenesis and epithelial differentiation. Notably, expression levels of TLE genes, including TLE2, are correlated with the progression of immature epithelial cells toward terminal differentiation, highlighting their importance in developmental biology and potential implications in cancer, as TLE1, TLE2, and TLE3 show elevated expression in cervical squamous metaplasias and carcinomas. Understanding the dynamics of TLE2 expression and interactions with other proteins can provide insights into the mechanisms of cell differentiation and the pathogenesis of various diseases.
