Thy-1 Antibody (ER4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Thy-1 in mouse and rat samples through applications such as western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Thy-1, also known as CDw90, is a phosphatidyl-anchored cell surface glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and signaling, particularly in hematopoietic stem cells.
