Datasheets
  • Thrombospondin 4 Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgM κ Thrombospondin 4 antibody, cited in 8 publications, provided at 200 µg/ml
  • specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 930-961 of Thrombospondin 4 of human origin
  • recommended for detection of Thrombospondin 4 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA
  • m-IgGκ BP-HRP is the preferred secondary detection reagent for Thrombospondin 4 Antibody (F-7) for WB applications. This reagent is now offered in a bundle with Thrombospondin 4 Antibody (F-7) (see ordering information below). For additional m-IgGκ BP conjugates see our complete list of Mouse IgG Binding Proteins.

SEE ALSO...

Thrombospondin 4 Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects Thrombospondin 4 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Thrombospondin 4 antibody (F-7) is available as a non-conjugated format. Thrombospondin 4, a member of the thrombospondin family of glycoproteins, plays a crucial role in the nervous system, particularly in promoting neurite outgrowth, which is essential for neuronal development and regeneration. Thrombospondin 4 is primarily expressed in neurons and is involved in modulating cell signaling pathways that influence neuronal survival and differentiation. Thrombospondin 4′s ability to stimulate neurite outgrowth is vital for neural network formation and damaged tissue repair, making Thrombospondin 4 a significant factor in neurodevelopmental processes and potential therapeutic targets for neurodegenerative diseases. Thrombospondin 4 interacts with various extracellular matrix components and growth factors, further underscoring Thrombospondin 4′s importance in cellular communication and tissue homeostasis.
