TGFβ RII Antibody (E-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody designed to detect the transforming growth factor beta receptor type II (TGFβ RII), also known as TGFBR2, in human, mouse, and rat samples. TGFβ RII monoclonal antibody (E-6) recognizes the full-length human TGFβ RII protein, encompassing amino acids 1-567, and is compatible with various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
