TGFβ RI Antibody (RM0016-3A11) is a rat monoclonal IgG2 antibody that detects TGFβ RI protein of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP). Anti-TGFβ RI antibody (RM0016-3A11) is available as a non-conjugated format. TGFβ RI protein, also known as transforming growth factor beta receptor 1 or ALK5, is a crucial component of the TGFβ signaling pathway, which plays a significant role in regulating various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and immune responses. TGFβ RI is a single-pass type I membrane protein consisting of 503 amino acids and is expressed ubiquitously across different tissues.
