TET1 Antibody (4F4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TET1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TET1 antibody (4F4) is available as a non-conjugated format. TET1, also known as tet oncogene 1, LCX, or CXXC6, is a 2,136 amino acid protein primarily localized in the nucleus and features a CXXC-type zinc finger domain, which is crucial for DNA demethylation. This process is vital for regulating gene expression and cellular differentiation, particularly during embryonic development and organogenesis.
