Tektin 1 Antibody (E-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the Tektin 1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Tektin 1 (E-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Tektin 1, also known as TEKT1, is a 418 amino acid protein predominantly expressed in the testis, where TEKT1 plays a crucial role in the formation and stabilization of microtubules, which are essential for cellular structure and function.
