    SEE ALSO...

TBCCD1 Antibody (D-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TBCCD1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TBCCD1 Antibody (D-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TBCCD1, which consists of 557 amino acids, features a C-CAP/cofactor C-like domain that plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as protein folding and assembly. This domain is essential for TBCCD1′s function in the cytosol, where TBCCD1 interacts with other proteins to facilitate proper assembly of multiprotein complexes, thereby influencing cellular signaling pathways and maintaining cellular homeostasis. TBCCD1 is located on Chromosome 3, a region associated with various genetic diseases and cancer-related loci, highlighting TBCCD1′s importance in both normal physiology and disease states. Understanding TBCCD1′s interactions and functions can provide insights into its role in tumor suppression and potential implications for therapeutic strategies targeting related pathways.
