Tau Antibody (A-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody designed to detect Tau protein, also known as MAPT (microtubule-associated protein tau), or TAU. Tau monoclonal antibody (A-12) targets the amino acids 1-150 region of the human Tau protein and recognizes Tau from mouse, rat, and human sources using western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Tau antibody (A-12) is available in both non-conjugated form and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® variants, providing flexibility for diverse experimental applications.
