Tau Antibody (A-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody developed to detect Tau protein, also known as MAPT (microtubule-associated protein tau), or TAU. Tau monoclonal antibody (A-10) targets an epitope mapping between amino acids 716-735 near the C-terminus of the human Tau protein and effectively recognizes Tau isoforms from mouse, rat, human, equine, canine, bovine, and porcine sources using western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Tau (A-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated form and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® variants, providing versatility for diverse experimental applications.
