TAO2 Antibody (C-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects TAO2 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TAO2 (C-2) antibody is available as the non-conjugated form. TAO2, also known as prostate-derived Ste20-like kinase 1 (PSK1) or kinase from chicken homolog C (KFC-C), plays a crucial role in cellular signaling as an activator of the c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway through specific activation of MKK3 and MKK6 kinases. This function is vital for various cellular processes, including stress responses, apoptosis, and differentiation, highlighting TAO2′s importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to external stimuli.
