TAL1 Antibody (H-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects TAL1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TAL1, also known as SCL, is a crucial serine phosphoprotein and basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor that plays a significant role in regulating embryonic hematopoiesis, which is essential for the development of blood cells. TAL1 dysregulation is implicated in up to 60% of human T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia cases, marking TAL1 as the most common gain-of-function mutation in this malignancy.
