    SEE ALSO...

TAF9B Antibody (3365C4a) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects TAF9B in human samples through western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications. TAF9B, also known as transcription initiation factor TFIID subunit 9B, plays a crucial role in the assembly of the preinitiation complex, which is essential for the transcription of protein-coding genes by RNA polymerase II. TAF9B is vital for cell viability and is involved in transcriptional activation, particularly through interaction with the tumor suppressor protein TP53/p53, which is critical for regulating gene expression in response to cellular stress and DNA damage. TAF9B is ubiquitously expressed and predominantly localized in the nucleus, where TAF9B participates in the intricate regulation of gene transcription, making TAF9B a key player in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental signals. Anti-TAF9B antibody (3365C4a) is an invaluable tool for researchers studying transcriptional regulation and its implications in various biological processes and diseases.

I am using TAF9B (3365C4a): sc-81125 antibody for immunoprecipitation, how much antibody should I use?

    Asked by: TinTin
Thank you for your question. We recommend using 1–10 µl (i.e., 0.2–2 µg) of antibody with 1 ml of cell lysate. However, optimal antibody concentration should be determined by titration.
