TAF I p48 Antibody (A-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TAF I p48 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TAF I p48 (A-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TAF I p48 protein plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene transcription, particularly in the assembly of the transcription factor SL1, which is essential for RNA polymerase I-mediated transcription.
