TAB1 Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TAB1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TAB1 Antibody (B-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TAB1 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in the activation of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway, which is essential for regulating inflammatory responses and cellular stress. By binding to the MAPKKK TAK1, TAB1 facilitates the activation of downstream signaling cascades that lead to the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and other mediators.
