T-Plastin Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects T-Plastin protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). T-Plastin antibody (A-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. T-Plastin, a member of the plastin family of actin-binding proteins, plays a crucial role in cytoskeletal organization and is expressed in a wide range of tissues, distinguishing T-Plastin from L-Plastin, which is primarily found in hematopoietic cells.
