T cell/Neutrophil Marker Antibody (RPN3/57) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the T Cell/Neutrophil Marker protein of rabbit origin by immunofluorescence (IF) and flow cytometry (FCM). T Cell/Neutrophil Marker (RPN3/57) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. T Cell/Neutrophil Marker protein plays a crucial role in the immune response, specifically in identifying and differentiating subsets of T cells and neutrophils, which are essential for effective immune surveillance and response. T cells are pivotal in cell-mediated immunity, characterized by their unique T cell receptor (TCR), while neutrophils serve as the first line of defense against bacterial infections, rapidly migrating to sites of inflammation. Understanding the interactions between T cells and neutrophils is vital, as these cells communicate and coordinate responses to pathogens, thereby influencing the overall immune response. Anti-T Cell/Neutrophil Marker antibody (RPN3/57) provides invaluable support for research into immune function and the development of immunotherapies.
